THOM THE WORLD POET: The Daily Poem

"Thom the World poet is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Tom's poetry tapes and guest appearances with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth and Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. 

It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied with in seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. If we at Gonzo can help him do that - why not?"

 THERE ARE NO WALLS
WE HAVE NO SKIN
World news pulses through holes
in our eyes and in our ears and out again
In the flow of each moment,group epiphanies
Solutions to Syrian refugees.African immigrants.
Global warming.The high price of poverty.
Immersed in the waters of learning/they rise over our heads
like drowning civilians,we ask -where is better?
Waves move us.We become waves.End on a beach.Become silica.
End up in a computer.Get recycled to India.Hazardous parts in water
Rising over our head.High rate of cancers.We are all linked.Great Chains of Being.
Beaches of eternities .Digital CLICK!..WAKE UP!..You are in a different time..
