Former Yes keyboardist and star of BBC2 programme Grumpy Old Men, Rick Wakeman, is judging Best Friends.

Rick has owned a number of rescue cats over the years. “Each of my cats has been a very dear friend, whether offering love, companionship, mischief or fun! No two cats are remotely the same so it’ll be tough deciding which has been the best cat friend from these deserving entries.”

    I had a cat that looked like the one in the picture, named..ahem.."Kitty". She was half Persian and half Siamese. Darndest mean cat...lived 22 years. Miss her. Miss you in YES, too!
